Refund policy

At Dog Head Thread, we want everyone to be treated like family. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer free returns or exchanges made within 15 days of the ship date.

To initiate an exchange or return please email us at hello@dogheadthread.com.

Returns are only available for full-priced items if they are in their original packaging and condition without being washed or worn with a hang tag present.

Dog Head Thread offers FREE returns for store credit or refund to your original payment method within 14 days of the order's original ship date. Your store credit will be in the form of an E-gift card which will be available within 3 to 5 days after we receive and process the return. Each E-gift card will expire five (5) years after the original issue date. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once they return to the warehouse and meet the return criteria. 

Exchanges:

We do allow exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Exchange requests must be processed within the same 14-day time window.

Cancellations:

Please note that our orders CANNOT be canceled, changed or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.   

All FINAL SALE items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.  

Damaged or Defective items on receipt:

If you receive a damaged item, contact our customer care team within 72 hours of receipt. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo.
